Shipping Questions
Do you ship internationally?
We do indeed ship internationally. Please note shipping times can vary, please allow up to 28 days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE within the UK and £4.95 Internationally.
Where do you ship from?
All of our products are shipped from the UK.
Expected dispatch times
Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed after your order has been completed.
Estimated shipping times
After your order has been shipped, these are the expected shipping times:
UK: 2-5 business days
International: 5-10 business days
International orders can however sometimes take up to 28 days due to customs.
Tracking
We offer tracking on every order by default. However sometimes some countries may not offer tracking and unfortunately we have no control over this.
Customs
We try our best to ship our orders so you incur no custom charges.
Sometimes however on occasion there can be customs charges which are unavoidable. The customer will be responsible for any fees.
Please Note
Product will be shipped to the exact address provided. Please ensure the address provided is correct as we cannot refund/resend if an incorrect address has been provided.
Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you sell any different sizes?
Unfortunately not, the sunglasses come in one universal size.
Are the sunglasses polarised?
Yes! The new Version 2.0 Sunglasses are Polarised and UV-400 rated.
Can I add a prescription to the sunglasses?
Unfortunately we do not have the capability to add prescriptions to the sunglasses, the sunglasses do go great with contact lenses however ;-)
How much of the profit goes to charity?
A minimum of 20% of profits will be going to charitable causes.
Which charity will the donations be made to?
After a certain number of items have been sold, we'll make a donation to a chosen charity. Follow @SuperSafStyle for more updates.
